The Embera shell belt is the combination of the embera chami weave and leather, this weave belongs to the Embera community which is located in the department of Risaralda. For the Embera community, weaving is a way of painting images and capturing anecdotes. In the past, necklaces and bracelets had healing and protection powers for the person who wore them. With the use of nylon, beads and needles, this ancestral community manufactures our pieces by hand, creating a unique and special product for you.

Multicolor beaded weave, chrome-free cowhide leather lining, 24kt gold-plated zamak buckles made in Colombia.
How do I take care of my shell belt?
1. Remove a stain: Clean with a semi-damp cloth and rub slowly without being so aggressive.
2. Keep it dry: If your belt gets wet, dry it with a thick towel.
3. keep your buckles dry and away from perfumes: Do not apply lotions, perfumes or sprays directly.
4. Clean it: At the end of the day, wipe down the buckles with a stain-repellent cloth before putting them away. This will ensure that any stubborn moisture, oils or dust are removed
